Our Eggcellent day!

This week our letter of the week was e so Lily brought some eggs to school that her hens had layed.
Today we used the eggs.

 First we seperated the eggs, the yolks in one bowl and whites in another.

 We beat the egg whites until they were fluffy. We added sugar and vanilla and beat some more.
What were we making? It looked like clouds, ice-cream, clouds or Olaf.
Then we cooked them, MERINGUES!

 We added sugar and lemon juice to the egg yolks and made lemon curd.
Then we put them together.

 Delicous!

 So we used our egg shells to make a caterpillar
